  IF I COULD GIVE THIS SITUATION A” BIG FLAT ZERO“ I WOULD. I SPOKE TO THE AGENT GARRETT, WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL ABOUT CANCELING MY INSURANCE AT MIDNIGHT ON A CERTAIN DATE. WELL, THEY MADE A MISTAKE BY CANCELING IT THREE DAYS EARLY, WHICH CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO PAY A $250 FINE. THERE WAS SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM, BUT THE SUPERVISOR FOR THIS LOCATION DECIDED THAT FOR WHATEVER REASON SHE DID NOT WANT TO FOOL WITH IT. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY BY TRUSTING SOMEONE TO DO THEIR JOB. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH FARM BUREAU!!!!!

  Can’t recommend Brian Hall and the Baton Rouge Farm Bureau office enough! They are experts in insurance and the service they provide is second to none. I also appreciate being able to do business with someone local. Brian is easy to get in touch with and the office is in a convenient location. Highly recommend Brian and the Baton Rouge office!

  If I could give zero stars I would…stay away from this company…don’t even bother with getting a quote cuz they will double it when you go in to pay…save your time and money

  Brian Hall was supposed to sell my Fiancé Auto Insurance and kicked him out of this office because we refused to buy life insurance as well (we already have life insurance). He then berated my Fiancé because he wanted to call a parent and ask about it first. “I’m pretty sure I know more about life insurance than your mom does, do you go to the doctor and ask your mom about that too”. He was very rude and unprofessional. I would love for someone to call me about this matter because when I attempted to call the corporate office they were very rude as well. It must be a requirement to be rude to work at Farm Bureau.
