  I would do less than 1 star but I cannot. I cancelled my car insurance because I no longer needed it, and was moving back home. The day after I cancelled my insurance, they took out $146 which was literally all that I had. It took SEVEN MONTHS for this money to be returned to me, and it was ten dollars less than what was taken out (but at that point I was just done with the whole thing.) Oh, and the reason why this money was removed despite my insurance being cancelled and my account with Statefarm being terminated? "I'm sorry, I guess she forgot." The staff at this location is pretty friendly, but forgetfulness is not tolerable when you're dealing with other people's money. Edit for clarity: I do not know who the "she" that forget to do her job was, it could have been any woman working in that establishment.
