Have spoken to Michelle, the answering machine twice was being told it was being turnover to senior leadership team. Misinformation, not transparent and unprepared. Have to leave one star to get to comment or it would be zero. Again Have been trying to reach since 10/22. Today is 11/22. Mislead about drug coverage. Don't stand behind what there pushing.

The greatest parts of the insurance is my agent. Mr. Terrance Rice-Locket is great. Mr. Locket knows his insurance backwards and forwards. Theres nothing this man doesn't exsplain to you. You don't have any questions, because he is knowledgeable in his profession. I am impressed by his skill to get u the correct insurance you need. I was left with more knowledgeable and feeling secure about my future. Mr Locket is more than just a agent. He is a friend, and believe me he has ur best interests in mind.

This is supposed to be a family company how could you hire someone who abandoned there family and went out and married one of there clients 10 months later i would never buy anything from a company that operates like that. You need to have a serious conversation with this employee and teach him about morals and family values. I hate my life because of this person.
