- GJGrant Jacobs2 days ago1.0Been waiting 3 weeks for a return phone call. Once they get the money they dont answer calls or questions. Have spoken to Michelle, the answering machine twice was being told it was being turnover to senior leadership team. Misinformation, not transparent and unprepared. Have to leave one star to get to comment or it would be zero. Again Have been trying to reach since 10/22. Today is 11/22. Mislead about drug coverage. Don't stand behind what there pushing.

This is concerning bc the agent today said she was there bc my mother will be 65 soon. I told her my mother was not available and offered to take a card and she was very pushy about coming in. Company should rethink this door to door sales approach for senior citizens during the pandemic.
