  Can’t say enough about the Humphries agency!! Always giving the best service and top notch advice!!! Even the insurance prices are very comparable if not better than competition!! Highly recommend!!

  They sent me stuff in the mail that I never asked for, it was really creepy because it included a Google street view image of my house. They also do not have any language in the letter for how to opt out of receiving mail they send you.

  I recently inquired about a discount for having a Ring Doorbell Camera and Ring Floodlight Camera and it turns out I was already getting the discount from my previous agent. But then Phil asked about our retirement status. My wife & I are both semi -retired, only working part time. We qualified for a discount on our Auto policy and our Home Owner's policy and will be saving over $350 per year, thanks to Phil mentioning this option. Thanks Phil!

  I was an Allstate customer for over 14 years and decided to switch this year to another reputable carrier. While doing this, we discovered that I was paying approx. $3000 more per year for the exact same coverage that I am receiving with the new carrier. I feel like I have been a loyal customer and now I feel like I have been taken advantage of with these premiums. I cannot and will not recommend Allstate to anyone.
