- STScott ToncrayJun 12, 20241.0I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and efficiency displayed by Banker's Life when it comes to reimbursing my mother for her long-term care at her assisted living facility. Despite my mother paying into her policy for over 15 years, we have consistently struggled to receive timely reimbursements. It is unacceptable that we must constantly follow up and provide proof of residency multiple times, only to be met with delays and excuses from Banker's Life. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial strain on my family during a time when my mother needs the funds the most. I will not hesitate to let others know about the poor service and communication from Banker's Life, and I would like anyone considering their services to proceed with caution.
