My last concern would be support and assistance with questions. Asa and Andrew were outstanding, later Tanner responded to an inquiry and I am impressed. Companies need to know it is not always their "brand / name" and of course cost, etc. but what keeps me with a company is agency or customer service support. I have not been disappointed and actually was pleased to find out they were responsive in keeping me informed without my contacting them first. Love the DriveWise and had an issue (mine, not theirs) setting it up and from their assistance and patience. I would recommend them to family, friends and acquaintances without hesitation.
