Jacob Hammock was the person that reached out to me. He was kind and patient. My life was pretty chaotic for the next few months, but he hung in there and gave me the time and space I needed. I switched to State Farm today and they literally halved my payments from what I was paying, and the coverage is better. We went line by line from my old policy to make sure we were getting better when compared. I can't thank Jacob enough for his knowledge and professionallism. I HATE dealing with things like insurance and he made it painless. Now it's up to State Farm to continue to deliver at the bar Jacob set. He's the real Jake from State Farm. Thank you.

He teaches out to me instead of making me wait to call, when things need to get done. It is very helpful! Jake is in the Lexington office off of Codell Dr. If you are thinking about getting insurance in Kentucky, I would refer for him personally, because once you get a agent with statefarm they don't let you change them, and he seems to be, probably the best! My insurance us also far beyond the lowest when I compared them to Nationwide, Progressive, National general insurance, and direct auto by half! I did have to get liability this time instead of full coverage, but he helped me out even more than the best price, when he knew I needed the bare minimum. The price went down even more, even though it was already lower than the rest. I even kept roadside assistance with this price! Not to mention I had lapsed in coverage, lost insurance for over a month and they didn't raise my rates. Thank you Jacob!
