- PFPatti FieldsAug 7, 20251.0Troy lied on my application to get lower rate so I would sign with him. I told him my roof was from 2009 and he put it as 1 year old. If I had not read my policy and something happened to the roof, my claim would probably be denied. That is Fraud. I went back to my old agent and ended up having to pay $300 more for less coverage thanks to Clay, I would have stayed with my old agent because Allstate would have been higher if Clay put the correct information in.

If you call to talk to someone about your rate, only answers you get are “it is what it is” and “go ahead and switch”. I really was made to feel like my business doesn’t matter to them, and I am not valued as a customer. So disappointed. Shall I take my home and auto policy elsewhere?
