Had a homeowner who struggled more than most in getting approved. We went through the proper avenues and learned that there was a disconnect between the corporate office and the homeowner. Mr. Farrar stepped in and mediated the issue, and now the homeowner has a full roof replacement approved. I appreciate him being hands on and taking care of his customers, and going the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly.
