- EMEllen MorrisApr 17, 20241.0I signed up for 1 life policy and they signed me up for 2 and took 2 payments out of my account in March. I canceled both the policy's the day after both payments came out 2 days later and it is now April and haven't received the refund and keep getting the runaround about it. I guess that's their policy is to take advantage of the elderly. Cause they keep saying " in the mail". Doesn't take a month to receive it from Chicago.
