- KKKDWJun 26, 20241.0EDIT: And….they were here again today!!! As was recommended in the response email, I followed up with an email to have my information removed so they would not knock on my door again. Obviously, it did no good. You could not pay me to sign up for Bankers Life!!!! I have a NO SOLICITING sign hanging on my front door. It’s about 3x6 and at eye level. Apparently Bankers life agents/employees don’t read or maybe don’t understand. I’ve had two men knock twice in less than a month. When it was pointed out to the one last night, he said it’s technically not soliciting!!!! Based on the above, why would I ever feel comfortable purchasing a Medicare supplement from your company.
- JCJackie CreelJan 2, 20191.0I bought Life insurance from an agent. In 2014. I did try to contact him later no response. Then tried again and a woman called back, said he was no longer there and she could help me and made an appointment to come see me. she then said I could change my policy which would help me a little bit and when she explained it it made sense. She then said if I gave her the check that day that would get the policy changed quickly. I waited for her call back and no call was given. So I called the company and another person on the phone said she wasn't in and what I was telling her was impossible for them to do with that company and she could make sure I got that extra check back. Never heard of her again called and left messages never received a phone call I so I started looking at the policy and I'd save someone else's policy which was about the same. so I made another call left a message never heard made another call after message never heard so I finally decided I can save that money up and it would help a great deal for burial besides giving them all the money. I have now received my funds back that I've paid in and would never never recommend this company to anyone unless you want to just give your money away for nothing
