- BLBrecken LattaJan 5, 20261.0Edit:After calling AGAIN to speak about transferring funds, per their policy, I can only remove the funds if I’m terminated with my employer. So I’d have to quit, or be fired to have access to money I’ve put into an account with principal. I've been trying to withdraw funds for a week. Everytime I call, the call time is 20+ minutes, which is fine, I ask for a call back. I've only recieved 1 call back after leaving my number 3 times. Then after about 10-15 minutes of talking and them giving me the run around, they "tranferred" me and hung up. Don't recommend doing business with a place that can't give you simple answers, esspecially WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR OWN MONEY.
