Jim is great, and so are his staff. In particular, I recently stopped in to update a few things following a recent car purchase. I worked with Mandy who walked me through everything she needed, but also helped me acquire everything I needed (paperwork) for my loan/vehicle registration. It was clear I was the priority while I was working with her, and she answered all of my questions and even provided helpful reminders for future drivers in my household (I've got a son getting ready to turn 16). I have no reason to look anywhere else!
