- DWDorrie WinemillerSep 16, 20251.0If you had asked me to rate the Kevin Harris Allstate office two years maybe even a year ago I would have done a 5, at minimum 4 star review, but the customer service has changed drastically. For what feels like at minimum the last year or several months, I was unable to get anyone on the phone, every time I went to the office it was closed, I tried to call for close to a month just to add a new car to my policy it wouldn’t let me do on the app, I ended up having to completely change agents, because it’s impossible to get anyone from the Kevin Harris office on the phone. Been with them for 4+ years, but I am now a happy customer of the Woods Agency in Terre Haute.

I have still not received a call or message back regarding this. Every time I call it goes straight to voicemail. The professionalism and customer service of Kevin has been the worst thing I have ever experienced. I have been able to get help through generic customer service and other branches but no one can help me due to the fact that Kevin is my agent and my account is attached to him. I have been in a stand still waiting for my agent to do his job or to contact me in anyway for 2 weeks now. Not sure this will even do anything to help my case, but I am to the point action should be taken against this agent due to him not doing his job in anyway!
