  This agency is not proactive in helping you get the best value policy. They do not take a consultative approach in assessing your coverage. You will want to make sure you stay on top of your policy with them because they don't do any kind of annual review of coverage or provide any personal service.

  I have been with allstate for a number of years I would never refer anyone to Kevin Simon's Allstate I have never missed a payment never filed a claim my Roof had damaged to it they sent an adjuster out he seen the damaged and called it wear and tear but offer $800.for damages and my deductible is a $1000 he was giving a $100 dollar per missing shingles. I called today to have a vehicle removed from my policy they want to know what I did with the vehicle and why I was removing it because I don't want the vehicle anymore. I called for my auto declaration page I was told they would send an email they did but it was my home I called back to let them know they sent the one for my home I get an agent named Kacey Bartos that is very rude and very poor customer service. She stated you asked for home I know I asked for Auto because I don't need my home declaration page I'm so sick of Allstate I am canceling everything and will never use them again. I don't know how they have 4.2 stars they suck!!!!!!

  Called to remove my son from my auto policy and was asked why? Thats none of your business, if I want a driver off my insurance then remove them. Since I said it was none of their business the agent wanted to get an attitude, we'll my son passed away are you happy? I didnt want to talk about it and it took me 3 months to actually call in but thanks for forcing the issue. And once I said he passed away you would think she would immediatly say Im sorry, or sorry to hear that. No, she doubles down and says Im not sure why your not cooperating and getting so mad.

  Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Confrontational over the fact that I refused info they do not need nor do i have access to all so they can keep charging me an extra 150 dollars a month.
