  I have been working with Sonya for a few years now. She does a great job recommending the right products for my family, and communication is great. It’s nice having an actual agent you can talk to about various insurance products. Highly recommend!

  Sonya is always keeping in touch, she always calls me back within minutes if I call and she don’t answer.. Very helpful and polite..She is very knowledgeable on anything you ask her..

  Having a BA in Accounting with 10 years solid experience, including 5 years as an Accounting Supervisor, plus a Law Degree with 40 years in a very successful practice, I wasn't concerned about designing my medical needs for retirement. After several months of research and countless reviews of informatve and instructional articles and pamplets on Medicare etc. I got to a point where I started getting really nervous about the choices I had to make, i.e., not only the right ones, but the best ones. Finally I looked for help. I was lucky and fortunate enough to select Sonya. Seriously, Sonya sat down with my wife and I and spent hours going over every option available. After a marathon session, we made the best decision(s) for us. The key to our success with Sonya was Sonya herself. Sonya was very patient in taking the time to explain all avaliable options that fit our needs. What became obvious after several minutes was that she was surprisingly interested in making sure that we, her clients, were making the right choices for us. She was on our side from the start and we won the battle of the forms. We are now in a very relaxed state of mind regarding medical coverage. The bonus points are that you can contact Sonya anytime for follow-up questions or concerns and she is right there, ready to help. Thank you, Sonya!!!

  I came in knowing the plan I wanted and she would not answer my questions about the plan but tried to sell me another plan i told her twice I didn’t want, then walked out of consultation. And sent someone else in and said today we are shutting down right now at 2:30 pm and going to a meeting and she never came back to the desk or gave me a card. She was Only interested in selling me a plan I didn’t want. She seemed upset and walked out. Bad customer service.
