Contacted Sylvia's office to transfer auto insurance to new vehicle just purchased that day. Spoke with Courtney and she could not have been any more helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. Walked me through the process quickly and advised me of any changes to the policy and what the cost would be for the new vehicle coverage. Everything with this company and team was fantastic, what a pleasant surprise! I had a claim (a rock chipped my windshield), the team at Sylvia Benjamin was incredibly prompt and helpful throughout the entire process. I called and the repair was completed the same day.
