DO NOT TRUST ANYTTHING THEY SAY IT WILL ALL BE A LIE. My mother paid premiums for 20years & now can't get reimbursed for promised services. She is only now receiving partial reimbursements [over a year old] & only after a Better Business AND Indiana State Insurance commission have received complaints. If you think the health care is going to be paid as promised[in a contract], you are wrong. They ONLY reimburse when they have to. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THE AGENT SAYS. They are theives.
