  Recently switched from allstate who ive had for 7 yrs plus always great staff been helpful and friendly even today the gals were great, my problem doesnt lie with staff, or claims, my issue is billing. Ive had the same phone number this whole time (same one mary called me on when switching ins to ask y and i told her rates) and we have used the same method of payment this whole time... when i canceled they sent my last bill to collection without any notice, ive never been late with this company. So consumer beware if u cancel they will send u to collections without any contact. Ive called twice today with a promise of mary huntington calling me back and nothing, her agent said its not them??? Thats funny the collection bill clear states allstate.. not too happy.

  I was in the process of switching insurance company's. I called Allstate to tell them and was told to sign a paper and send it back. I cant recall the womans name, it wasn't courtney nor was it Mary. After talking to my new insurance company, I needed to change the cancel date. So I was confused when I was told they already submitted the paper work without my signature. After all, what if I was pretending to be someone someone else, now that policy is canceled. When I was questioning this, the lady started raising her voice, I told her she didnt need to yell at me. She asked who my agent was, I told her I wasmt sure because my previous agent was no longer with Allstate, well she informed me why he wasnt, which in pretty sure violates policy. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told she was the supervisor which confused me because I thought I was speaking to just an agent, the voice never changed nor was I given a name by the lady who yelled at me. I mentioned how I thought Mary was in charge and she said she was Mary. SOOOO, the owner of thos company just proceded to yell at me, give out sensitive info about an old agent AND then hung up on me. After I collected myself I decided to call back and ask for courtney, I told her what had happened and that Mary yelled and hung up on me but, according to courtney, Mary wasnt in yet. Courtney told me, I'd be fine starting my new insurance, id just be dbl insured for a day, that's all I needed to know. So, I dont know if I was yelled at by Mary or the other woman. I think the part the bothers me is if I found out someone used my name and my business to do what they did, I'd be reaching out to them to personally apologize but, I have yet to hear anything. But, if it was really Mary, I guess dont Ever leave or you wont be treated very well. This was all witnessed by my coworkers, I even had it on speaker phone and when I said "do you hear how shes speaking to me"? Is when I was hung up on.

  I was checking around to see if I could save some money on my insurance. Mary Huntington called me several times to compare my insurance. I was totally surprised that she could give me a lower price on my Home and truck. I switch to Allstate,and she was very helpful in my needs.
