State Farm gave me a brand new agent twice who were not in any way up to my expectations for State Farm. I sought opinions in my suburb and CHOSE Bill Nelson. All is right again in my insurance world. Bill is competent, knowledgeable and communicates well. His staff is well trained and available. ( not the case with the staff of the 2 newly agents SF gave me) I recommend Bill and his agency fully.
