Right after the accident I decided to drive straight to State Farm and let them know what just happened (since Rockford police wouldn't come out to make a report) I wanted to make sure I made my insurance aware of this. Stephanie was the one that helped me out and when I say helped me out, I mean she went above and beyond!! She got/gave me all the necessary information I need for my claim and still to this day has been very helpful. I walked in today to ask a couple more questions about my auto repair. Stephanie right away with no hesitation told me since I was already there if I liked she could help me set this up with a repair shop. She got on her computer helped me find a shop and request an appointment. I just want to thank Stephanie so much for helping me.
