He definitely helped me upgrade my auto policy, but I didn’t want changes to my home policy and he respectfully agreed. Connor was kind, engaging, and even used props to get his points across. And we did spend some time talking about our cats ( We each have 2.), but not too long. P.S. Amanda was helpful too.
