It has been very rewarding for me, I came from corporate retail and I couldn't be happier. The work/life balance is excellent. Bankers checked all the boxes when I was looking for something else; they provide an office space, many types of leads at NO COST, personalized website, professional card stock to present clients, etc. If you are a self motivator and a hard worker, this will be very rewarding. Renewals are very generous and the bonus structure is phenomenal!
