- JFJon FioRitoJun 10, 20252.0I called the local office to renew my policy and Jordan the receptionist blind transferred me to someone that never answered. I called back and spoke with him again and explained for him not to do that and he did it again. This time I got to a department that was not the one I needed. No reason to use any local office if they don't take the time to service their customers.
