When I chose not to renew my policy with them and switched to another insurer on 12/8/2024, my agent Yolanda failed to notify the prior insurer (AmTrust), which is standard professional courtesy in the industry. As a result, I was wrongfully charged for coverage I did not request and didn’t have—after my policy expired. I reached out for assistance, and they showed no interest in helping to correct their mistake. Their negligence has contributed to a false billing issue and collection action against me, despite having valid insurance through another company. I cannot recommend this agency based on this poor handling and lack of client support.
