  I have had a very poor experience with this agent. They consistently fail to return calls, texts, and emails, making communication nearly impossible. During regular business hours, they do not answer the phone, which is unacceptable for someone in a client-facing role. This lack of responsiveness has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I would not recommend this agent to anyone seeking reliable and professional service.

  I am very disappointed to be leaving a one-star review and I don't take pleasure in writing it. We had been attempting to get ahold of anyone in the office to update our insurance and between my husband and myself we left several voicemails. The only time we were able to get ahold of anyone was by calling the corporate customer service number. Unfortunately, they don't know the specifics for our state and they instructed us to call our local agent (which is what we had been trying to do already). After about 6 failed responses, we started to shop around for new insurance providers. I of course had to call the corporate number again to cancel since there was no answer again at the Benjamin Curtis office. I had always said that I had no problems with Allstate, but simply put-it is easy to not have problems when you don't need something from them. As soon as I started needing something, the lack of customer service (or even interaction!) became very apparent. I hope that they figure out whatever is happening before they lose all of their customers...

  If you want an honest insurance company to work with, stay far away from benjamin Curtis. I tried to cancel my insurance policy with them multiple times but just kept getting excuses as to why the policy was still active, even after they told me it was canceled. They charged me over three months EVEN after I canceled my policy and they refused to stop charging my account, so I had to put a stop charge on my credit card. The office would no longer take my calls or return my emails. The last conversation I had with Benjamin, he told me that there was nothing he could do to return the almost $1k he took from my account AFTER canceling my policy. In addition to them stealing my money, they started to send me letters stating that I owed them more money due to the stop payment!! And this was almost a year after canceling my auto policy with them! The common theme in his reviews is incompetence.

  No return of calls, emails or attempts to make an appointment. Went to office and no one was there, left a note and still no call. Definitely need a new agent.
