First of all State Farm itself is just a rock-solid company. The coverage options are excellent, claims are handled fast and fairly and their pricing is surprisingly competitive once you bundle everything. Second , Mike Kistler is hands-down the best agent I’ve ever face with. He spent a ton of time going over my needs, found every possible discount, and ended up saving me a lot of money while actually increasing my coverage. He answers texts and calls almost instantly, explains everything in plain language, and genuinely cares that you’re taken care of.
