  We had a wonderful experience working with Adam and Brad at HealthMarkets. They are knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to study and understand our needs. Adam met with us to really learn our needs, and did all of this at no cost to us. He carefully studied the secondary plan we already had in place and helped us determine which primary Medicare plan would work best alongside it. Then he explained how each plan would impact us financially — medical coverage, prescriptions, vision, and dental—so we felt confident in the decisions we were making. Adam completed our applications with us. Brad, his assistant, kept us informed when we were approved, and even followed up to be sure we had our temporary cards. Later, they checked in again to see if we had any questions. They were always quick to return texts and emails, which meant a lot. We were very anxious when we learned our Medicare Advantage plan was no longer being offered in Iowa. After seeing a recommendation for Adam on Nextdoor, we connected with Adam and Brad—and we’re so glad we did. It’s reassuring to know we can depend on them whenever we need help in the future.

  Adam was so very informative, professional, helpful, & made the process of understanding my Mom's health care needs for Medicare supplemental, vision & RX insurance such an easy process. Plus, has been able to answer questions when they have come up. Would highly & will be recommending him & the Health Markets Insurance to people I know. That are struggling with insurance needs. NOT that are Government is helping in any way whatsoever. Please, utilize this insurance company to help those you love & yourself find affordable health insurance.

  Adam has helped me understand a lot more about Medicare and find me options that I need and want. He is very straight up and to the point on the info he gives me which I appreciate very much. He is easy to talk to and "no question is a bad or dumb one" as he says. If he isn't sure about something you ask about, he will find out and usually get right back to you!   This was an excellent experience making comparisons between different medigap and drug companies policies and how they work, coverage and cost. . They were able to identify and complete the sign up process. Very happy with their service and final products chosen
