When I spoke to the adjustor, he told me it'll be inspected by Thursday. I wanted a rental vehicle they approved. When I said I was on a waiting list and needed the vehicle, they said not our issue. I called Geico on Friday, even spoke to the adjustors direct supervisor. He said the truck would be garenteed inspected by Tuesday since Mondays Memorial day. I asked for assistance on getting a rental car, he said it is all Geico could do. I needed one to get to my grandmas funeral last Saturday. It's been almost two weeks and still no inspection on the truck and no rental vehicle...

Geico takes care of you when you need it. Great prices and awesome customer service. They let me pick any body shop I wanted. At the time, Geico was doing remote adjustments so I had to get a shop to send over quotes. All the adjusters were very fair and quick to respond. I recommend Geico to anyone.
