- HPHarley PerryNov 2, 20251.01 month of emails and calls to verify my address is nonsense, the unhelpful people at the underwriting department are rude and unwilling to help. I am disgusted by the way they communicate in emails I have received, the last was threatening me to cancel my account and payment is due in 20 days RUDE and uncalled for being that I AM ON AUTOPAY why am I being threatened by cancellation. I have spoke with a customer service agent who told me “FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY” yes just 20 seconds into the call GARBAGE COMPANY that does not care about the customer.

He made it so easy, quick, and broke things down so I could understand. I am grateful for William and his help this morning as I’m new to this whole insurance thing and didn’t have to wreck my brain. He sent a copy of my insurance via email so quickly and another hard copy will be coming in the mail. Love it! I will be referring people to GEICO. Affordable and best customer service! Thank you again William!!!!
