  In the past couple of days, this agent has been insulting and belittling, acting out of misinformation. I have contacted his GM regarding his voicemail and treatment of my family. Instead of coming from a place of understanding, he talked over my brother and law and me, thereby adding to the bad rap that life insurance agents carry. In a nutshell: He was misinformed about a whole life policy my brother in law's work carried. He further told my brother that the hour he spent talking to him was community service and that the $50 my brother paid every month was nothing to him and he should end his policy. My brother in law is very quiet and usually lets other's attitudes roll off his shoulders. I was shocked that Mr. Tsang got to him so I tried to mediate. I am a former insurance agent, customer service specialist and educator. I called Mr. Tsang to let him know I did not appreciate his insults and to reason that my brother was correct in his knowledge. Mr. Tsang then proceeded to yell at me asking "Who the hell are you?" and I had to hang up because his voice escalated. I lodged a complaint with one of the other staff and then Mr. Tsang called today and left a voicemail on my brother's phone that was 2 minutes long, calling both of us unintelligent and lacking common sense and that our business was not worth it because we are small time customers. If this is how he treats even those he views "beneath him," then I would hate to be a part of his clientele. DO NOT use this agent for anything.
