  These guys always answer the phone and return e-mails when I am stressed with some questions. They always support me to follow through on claims if I need to and I appreciate that they understand what it is like to live in Hawaii and always feel like we are about to be in a financial disaster.   After being a homeowner for many years, I’ve had to switch insurance agents a few times. Honestly, I had gotten too settled and didn’t want the headache of making another change, but deep down I knew I needed to due to poor service and lack or response. Thankfully, it was seamless to make the change! In addition, I would refer my clients to past insurance agents and they would come back and complain about them. Now was the time to make the change. I spent over a week off and on searching online, comparing insurance companies and agents while reading countless reviews looking for positive consistency. It was frustrating and overwhelming, until I came across Marc Dixon’s office with Allstate. Hands down, Marc had the most positive reviews I have seen anywhere, including over 1,300 on Allstate’s website, and now I understand why. From my very first inquiry, I immediately experienced the difference in service with Marc and his team! They picked up the phone, Marc responded timely, they understand coverages, they genuinely care, will ensure my insurance never lapses (I still don’t know how that happened with my last agent), and will take the time each year at renewal to review and update my plan if needed. Marc Dixon and his incredible staff, Lisa Walker and Antonia Meyer fixed a few concerning issues with my prior policy, guided me, and the switch was done! He gave me the peace of mind of knowing my properties are protected just the way I wanted, and managed to save me some money.
