This one far exceeded my expectations.
My agent Joshua was up front and totally transparent.
You talk to the agency and not a call center.
If you have any questions, problems or whatever else.
You call them directly and they get to work quickly to resolve your issue.
This is the way insurance agencies use to be when I was growing up.
I'm glad that I found these people.

Michelle Huebner was amazing! I’ve been a customer of John Wells Allstate for over three years, and Michelle personally reached out to offer a policy review and see if any adjustments were needed. I recently had a very pleasant discussion with Mackenzie from the Agency who reviewed my annual renewal for my Home and Auto policies. Mackenzie took her time to ensure I had all the information at hand before we began our discussion. It was a nice chance of pace discussing how Allstate could save me money instead of telling me my rates were increasing again. I am sure most people reading this- have been at this point, where the company calls and wants to talk about your current policies- to be honest, I never take advantage of these phone calls as I just did not think it was worth it- I WAS WRONG- Mackenzie showed me how I could save money on my Auto insurance and even provided the amount of savings I would get if I made a few adjustments. In terms of my Homeowner's insurance, I did not receive any discounts- but Mackenzie still went through my entire Homeowner's policy just to be sure we didn't miss any potential savings. I just wanted to thank Mackenzie and the Wells Agency for their continued commitment to looking out for their customers. So, next time you get an email or a phone call from the Agency requesting to conduct a review of your policies take advantage of the review - you just never know- you too could save a little bit of money.

When my wife and I blended families in 2022 our insurances were definitely a topic.
I was lifetime USAA and she was Allstate and Allstate won out because of cost, at least initially.
Four years later my report card is as follow:
1. Cost Savings - YES
2. Flexibility in coverage - YES
3. Local market expertise - YES
4. Proven Services - TRIPLE YES
- Year 1 - Homeowners - Our new joint home's basement flooded! Allstate services team was on point. I was wickedly surprised!
- Year 2 - Car accident - Allstate services were on it. The car repair was seemless.
- Year 4 - Major Policy Changes - Teens begin driving, Young adults moving out, etc. It was a mess, but Michelle H, the Ops Mgr, took the time to not only organized the policies, but also oppurtunities I didn't see "online". All this from a random call in.
When they asked for a Google Review I was more than happy to do it. They stumped and trumped USAA since 2022, trust me, I've checked.
