- MCMeghan CooperDec 22, 20251.0Contacted our agent (e-mail and phone call)to cancel our policy in July for an August cancellation because we found a better rate and it's been 5 months and it still isn't cancelled and our mortgage company is charging us for two policies. Spoke with chat support and they would cancel it but only backdated 30 days. Still didn't cancel. Asked again later that day and took to Twitter, shill not canceled. We just want our policy canceled and our money back but Allstate is holding us hostage. I’m about to chat with a lawyer and alert the FTC about them not canceling our policy.
