But, most recently I needed to use the roadside assistance and the 800 number was my point of contact. That national service for State Farm ended up not using my roadside assistance service and ended up charging me the full price for the tow. This was on the weekend so I couldn't reach out to the Kersha Parker office until the next Monday. Lola was the person that worked this issue i had and in no time she got me a refund from the tow company and got everything worked out for me. In my personal opinion Lola went above and beyond her job description to insure that I not only got my refund but to make sure I had all my needs as a customer were met. In my dealings with this office all of the employees share this sense of dedication to the customers but today I want to especially express my gratitude to Lola. Thank you for all you do Lola.
