- JKJeff KempinersDec 29, 20251.0Pick any agent but this one. Was with Allstate over 20 years my agent sold their book of business to this agency and I've literally never heard from them. Not when I had a claim, not when I inquired about updating my policy, not even when I cancelled my car policies and kept my homeowners. Allstate you should vet your agents better this agency is a disgrace to your brand.
