- CCChris chinSep 19, 20252.0Honestly the 2 starts is for the Customer service at the place, they are really good and try to get back to the clients, but Allstate as a company is a Rip off!! My insurance went up 3 times already this year alone and they’re claiming it is because a NATIONAL RATE INCREASE, what do other people driving habits has to do with me, I am paying on time, sometimes even early and it continues to go up, I am a veteran and they don’t even give veteran discounts, I only have 2 vehicles with them, but they continue to go up and up without an explanation. When I spoke to this local office they said “Sorry about the increases there’s nothing we can do because the company is not being regulated by the government at the moment so they’re able to increase at will “ My property insurance when up almost $3000 dollars as well. Tho is just horrible
