  Today I had The pleasure of completing my home insurance and auto insurance with Montana!! She was so amazing and patient. I shopped around to make sure I had the best rates and she was extremely patient and informative. After shopping around I found that she made sure I had the best rates. She went above and beyond to ensure that any discount I qualified For I received. She did this not only for myself, but also other members of my family. She definitely saved us all a lot of money. Amazing agent!!!

  Mark apparently didn't perform my policy correctly and my policy was terminated by mail (no email, call, text...). His manager, Susan I believe, was not helpful at all in rectifying the issue. As a matter of fact, she expected me to present documents from 2014 that are currently in my deceased mother's home. After calling another insurance company, I was informed that the previous insurance could easily be found by the vehicles Vin number. I receive another call from Allstate telling me that without the start date from my new insurance, they would not refund my money. Horrible customer service.
