I’ve left countless voicemails and Allstate keeps referring me to this “agency.” No call backs or answer to emails. I will notify consumer investigations for all the major news outlets as this seems to be an ongoing trend with multiple people with this agency.

Something got messed up with my auto-renew 6 month car policy and when I found out and tried to reinstate my policy, not only would they not reinstate it, they offered me a worse policy through a subsidiary that wouldn't even cover one of my cars. AllState is a joke, I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere.

The salesmen and I spoke about me purchasing a home in the future, we both agreed that we would be in contact about this, however the fee added was not. I have tried relentlessly to get in contact with the person who sold me the policy. I was told he would get in touch with me, two days go by and nothing. I then proceeded to leave messages with his staff and have not heard from him. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they have instead tried to sell me a new policy. They do not listen to the PAYING CUSTOMER.
