  DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL — PLEASE READ! I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this company. I had Allstate for a while, and it was always a struggle to get in touch with anyone. Don’t expect them to answer when you need them the most. To make matters worse, my sister—who also had a policy with them—had her credit ruined and a bill sent to collections for only $82.28 without any prior notice or explanation. In today’s world, where we receive constant emails, phone calls, and paper statements, it’s unbelievable that they couldn’t reach out before damaging someone’s credit. Getting a response from anyone on their team is nearly impossible, and that has been my experience as well. The balance has since been paid, but the damage is already done. No written explanation was ever provided, and now my sister has to handle the issue legally just to fix her credit. This entire experience shows a serious lack of care, responsibility, and professionalism. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company. I just myself took the decision of cancelling of my policy's with them I can not trust them .

  I always liked Allstate, but recently they haven’t been my favorite insurance company, their price are always going up. This agency the Sarmiento are awful at customer service. They are so inefficient. They don’t ever answer the phone. You always have to leave a voicemail. I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM!!! Look somewhere else but not them.
