  I would like to speak on my recent situation with Allstate. First, the only reason why I am giving Allstate a 5 star review is because of the Agent named Samatha D. This person has not only helped me save money with Allstate, she has more than helped me with a claim that I am currently going through. She has helped me get in contact with the adjuster to get information about my vehicle and even help me understand the process of getting the funds to my leinholder. If it was not for Samatha, this rating would be a 1 star review. From the time the claim was filed to getting the valuation back was 14 days. I have never seen such a slow process, but Samantha was the only saving grace. I kid you not, if Samantha was not part of this company, this review would have went in the opposite direction. That is how valuable Samantha is, I believe. Allstate, Ralston Agency, I truly hope you know what a great Customer Service agent you have and possibly the only Team member, that I believe, gives that 100% customer dedication factor. It seems that her dedication is within her DNA and just wants to help her clients. I really appreciate people like Samantha D. Samantha, and people like her, gives me hope that insurance companies are not just in business to take advantage of their customers but are really out here to protect their clients. Thank you Samantha, you are the best.

  The Charles made my switch to Allstate easy and saved me money as well. They were very transparent about cost and looked for all discounts to help save money. Recommended for sure.

  Like most insurance companies now day. They give you a decent price to get you and in 6 months start the raise the price game. So next renewal I will have to Insurance shop. Oh well.

  I’m beyond happy with my auto insurance agent Magali! She’s always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything I need. I’ve referred multiple friends and family members to her because I trust she’ll take great care of them, just like she has with me. Her customer service is topnotch, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients. You don’t come across that kind of dedication often. Highly recommend!
