They accidentally canceled my homeowners policy and have repeatedly refused to acknowledge their mistake. I’ve spent far too much time trying to get answers, and the lack of accountability and competence has been unbelievable. It’s shocking how careless this agency has become. Something as serious as canceling a homeowner’s policy shouldn’t happen—yet here we are. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying far away from this agency. Their mistakes can cost you, and they don’t seem interested in fixing them.
