- BBBeth BerrySep 29, 20251.0DO NOT USE!!!!! They will raise your rates and hide discounts from you that you are eligible for! They just don’t care!!!!!! Long time customer and they just admitted that there were 2 rates that would significantly decrease my bill. And the real kicker is that they are unable to do it until December. Turning in to BBB

When my renters policy came up for renewal, I transfer it to Allstate as well, Jeanette did the same thing again. saved me money and Better coverage. Later she wrote an Umbrella policy which no one ever had ever mentioned to me. Service is awesome. They are locate, just around the corner. So Very Thankful for JEANETTE!!!!!!
