When you ask questions ypu Always have to deal with a new agent who typically tell you the total opposite of what the last one did. After speaking with Josie Charles who uses a bunch of fluff and lies it’s the same excuse well better serve you that’s why they no longer with us things never get better or complete. I reached out to my old agent and now I see why Josie Charles has a bunch of illegal tactics to steal from customers and his employees.
