Everything was fine and I even changed to this agent Tommy Johnson when we once to Forsyth some years ago and even though we no longer live here allowed them to continue to hold my policy. When Ms Darlene worked here this was a wonderful agency to deal with, for years now there have only been younger employees who could never answer your questions and you would get the run around if you asked to speak with Tommy. It’s been my experience that now in the past months you can’t get anyone on the phone at all and have to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call. I wouldn’t suggest this agency although I never personally had an issue with State Farm personally other than the rates being higher that their competitors.

Had State Farm for many years and this is how you get treated. Contractor and HVAC folks says it was a water leak that damaged my floor. Tommy Johnston office was no help in dealing with this claim. Do not recommend State Farm!
