  Service has gone completely down hill - this is not the same agency as when we first started with them more than 7 years ago. It used to be that you could always get support and the office was quick to respond and help. Today that service does not exist. Phones are never answered. Emails take days to respond (if at all). Rates increases are insane and there is no outreach from the agent to give a heads up or talk about increases. The only outreach you will get is automated CRM emails to try and sell you more products. We recently cancelled our account - not one single person from the office reached out to ask why. It's because your office does nothing but collect commision from our account and provides zero service.We actually had to use the call center to cancel because the office took almost a week to call back. When we do call we always get the call center. About half the time they help us, other times they transfer us to the wrong office. Save yourself time and money - work with a local insurance broker and see how much you can save by going elsewhere - not just save but get connected with an office that values your business. Shame they ran this office into the ground.
