  Neil’s approach to customer service is appalling and unprofessional. He speaks in a belittling tone, intentionally dodges direct questions, and seems more focused on making you feel small than providing clear answers. Instead of addressing my concerns, he goes in circles, using unnecessary analogies that come across as condescending. For example, when I sought clarification, he repeatedly said things like, “Kevin!!! You don’t eat breakfast before you go to sleep, do you???”—a ridiculous and patronizing analogy that added no value to the conversation. It was clear he was deliberately withholding key information, only to eventually circle back to the point after making me feel incompetent for asking. Despite being an Allstate customer for over 20 years, Neil dismissed my concerns and even suggested I cancel my policy altogether in an loud aggressive tone and then he hung up on me. When I asked for his supervisor’s contact information—twice—further demonstrating his lack of professionalism and respect for long-standing clients. This experience was not just frustrating but disheartening. Neil’s behavior reflects poorly on Allstate’s commitment to its customers. I can’t imagine I’m the only one who’s endured this kind of treatment. If this is how Allstate representatives treat loyal clients, it’s a strong reason to reconsider doing business with them.
