After reading all the positive reviews, we reached out to Foster & Whitman on August 20th, 2025. As of November 10th, 2025, we still haven’t received a single quote or follow-up with actual insurance options. Call 1: Our first conversation with Cappi went great. Friendly, confident, and professional. We were told, “You’ll hear from us next week.” Two weeks later: No contact, so I called back. I was told they had been busy with Memorial Day weekend but had met with some new contacts that would help move things forward. “You’ll hear from us in a week or sooner,” they said. Another two weeks later: Still nothing. I called again and was told, “We haven’t forgotten about you, we’re almost there, I’ve been working on it, my bad for the delay, you’ll definitely hear from us soon.” That was three weeks ago, and we’ve never heard back since. While I understand that insurance prices have gone up and delays can happen, communication matters. We trusted the many great reviews and genuinely believed this team would deliver. Instead, we’ve ended up weeks behind, missing valuable time and opportunities to find coverage elsewhere, all while hearing repeated apologies and reassurances but no real action. I wish our experience matched what others described, but unfortunately, it’s been nothing but lost time and frustration.
