I'm a 2nd generation Allstate agent who has created, supported and funded many non-profit and volunteer programs in this community. I am incredibly blessed to have an Allstate Agency full of customers who are considered my friends and extended family.
I have used Allstate for over 30 years and always have been satisfied till I was involved in a 3 car wreck that I was not at fault and my car was totaled and I did receive a payment for my car which was low. It’s over three months and not one hospital bill or Dr Bill has been paid. Nor any compensation for my injury’s or weeks of recovery. The sad thing is all three parties involved in this wreck has Allstate but different agencies. I have to fight to get what I am deserve from my own insurance that supposed to be taking care of me.

They are very understanding, efficient and knowledgeable of their service. They have never let me down at all, I like their drivewise with rewards, which have received twice for safe driving. Their rates are pocket friendly.

Allstate is a cut rate insurance scheme. I don't know how the Insurance Commissioner lets them stay in business. Their customer service is wonderful until you need them. I was recommended by a friend to use this office. I have never met my agent. A tree fell on my house a few weeks ago and it took an adjuster a week and a half to come look at the damages. To add insult to injury they have a clause in my policy that ups my deductible if damage is due to wind storm or hale. They gave me a quarter of the amount it will take to fix my home. It will not be made whole. Also, I had a small claim in a parking lot and they doubled my premium. Before these two claims I had never had a claim. They are fantastic until you need them then you turn into a Liberty Mutual commercial. Uncovered and overcharged.
