Even though this isn’t my personal agent’s office, I had a beyond and above experience with Alycia. My power of attorney had a recurring misspelling error that was no fault of my own, and Alycia did everything she could to resolve this with me while showing genuine compassion and kindness. Although the total loss claim was a long, frustrating process to deal with, I felt seen and cared for while in Alycia’s office. She has been the most helpful person so far throughout this, even though her only direct responsibility was to be my notary and to help submit my power of attorney-so that speaks volumes about her character!
